TaqMan Fast Advanced Master Mix contains AmpliTaq Fast DNA Polymerase, uracil-N-glycosylase (UNG), dNTPs with dUTP, ROX dye (passive reference), and optimized buffer components. It is supplied at a 2X concentration.
