The kit has very good sensitivity and can detect the very low amount of protein in the sample. It can be used for a wide range of application starting from the protein estimation from the cell lysate to animal tissues.

The Micro BCA Protein Assay Kit is a specialized version of the popular Pierce BCA Protein Assay for determining the protein concentration of dilute samples, which accurately accurately measures 0.5 to 20 µg/mL protein solutions. The assay is exceptionally linear and exhibits very low levels of protein-to-protein variability.
