Cell culture
Thermo Scientific™ Nunc™ EasYFlask™ Cell Culture Flasks are good value for money. Easy to use, the cap closes well, and you can put several on top of others without problem.

Generally ok, price is good.
Growing cell culture
Generally, the flasks work ok for cell culture. I do not like the cap on the flasks. I would prefer it being a twist on because the caps you have now can result in leaking when shaking the flasks while trysinizing the cells. The price is good compared to other flasks but we had to switch to using different flasks because leaking cells was something that we couldn’t risk.

These polystyrene flasks receive the proprietary Nunclon™ Delta surface treatment to maximize adhesion for a broad range of cell types. The ergonomic design with angled neck and wide opening allows easy access to the growth surface by pipettes or cell scrapers. Features: Ergonomic design with a 1/3 turn to open and close the cap Low profile to maximize incubator space Volume graduations printed and molded on both sides Slightly angled side walls for complete viewing under a microscope Sterilized by gamma irradiation and certified to be nonpyrogenic Nunclon Delta Certification, including testing on four different cell types, is provided in every case.
