Helpful addition to QC lab, but touchscreen didn't last long

The Vista has been a solid addition to the quality control lab, and has been an upgrade from the visual comparison vs standards color method that was previously used. Only complaint is that the touchscreen display failed after approximately 1.5 years despite no physical damage or mishandling. The cost of the out-of-warranty repair was nearly half the cost of a new instrument, so we had to start using a mouse to navigate.
