Cytochrome P450 inhibition assays are tedious, risky and unreliable when performed by conventional methods. Therefore, we adopted a standardized method from Invitrogen. The Baculosome derived Cytochromes are used for research from the 20th century. But, getting them is very difficult for Indians as they are mostly developed in the USA. Invitrogen laid a way for us to do research on them by importing this kit. It is one of the cheapest product available in the market to perform CYP450 inhibition assays.
