A little tempermental
I use this to purify DNA for transfection
Fairly easy to use, but the centrifuge protocol can be finicky. One out of every 10 columns seems to fail, but other than that, great yield and very good purity.

The ZymoPURE - Express™ Plasmid Midiprep Kit is the fastest and easiest method for isolating plasmid DNA from E. coli.
