I have worked16 years as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist and this is my favorite instrument. It has low maintenance requirements and has only needed emergency service twice in five years for minor issues. It is a dependable workhorse in our laboratory and I look forward to many more years with it. Our laboratory has had perfect proficiency testing results from this analyzer for all analytes the whole time we've been running it. Can't beat it!
