ecTOF

Bruker Applied Mass Spectrometry

The ecTOF is world’s first GC-HRMS with simultaneous acquisition of EI (Electron Ionization) and CI (Chemical Ionization) information in a single injection. While using EI as the gold-standard GC/MS ionization, the ecTOF in parallel operates a novel CI source. This way it simultaneously provides perfectly aligned accurate mass structural and molecular ion information within a single GC run.

ChloroFiltr® for QuEChERS dSPE Clean-Up

UCT, Inc.

Chlorophyll in QuEChERS extracts must be removed to reduce potential instrument downtime. This is removed from extracts using graphitized carbon black (GCB) Unfortunately, GCB also removes planar analytes reducing analytical accuracy. ChloroFiltr®, used in place of GCB in dSPE tubes, removes unwanted chlorophyll without removing pesticides or environmental analytes. No change in procedure are required.
