Widely considered the premium columns for analyzing biopolymers by GFC, TSKgel G2000SWXL, 5 μm columns are an excellent choice for small proteins and peptide separations.

The TSKgel Alpha-4000 column is packed with rigid, porous polymer beads which show minimal shrinkage or swelling in polar organic solvents (methanol, acetonitrile, DMSO, isopropanol, THF, and HFIP). This column is stable in a wide variety of organic solvents at concentrations up to 100%.

The TSKgel OligoDNA RP and TSKgel TMS-250 columns incorporate 5 μm or 10 μm spherical porous silica with 250Å pores to allow unhindered access by large oligonucleotides and proteins respectively.
