FITC-Labeled Human GPRC5D Full Length Protein, Flag,His Tag (GPD-HF2D6) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). This protein carries a Flag tag at the N-terminus and a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 37.9 kDa.

Human Claudin-18.2 Full Length Protein-VLP (CL2-H52P7) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). Virus-like particles(VLPs) are formed by self-assembly of envelop/capsid proteins from viruses. Membrane Proteins can be constituted in-situ with VLPs produced from HEK293 cell cultures.

The protein migrates as 25-33 kDa (monomer) under reducing (R) condition, and 42-55 kDa (homodimer) under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
