Confirmation and Quantitation of Cocaine and Major Metabolites in Urine using the ISQ Single Quadrupole GC-MS

A method for the confirmation and quantitation of ecgonine methyl ester, benzoylecgonine, cocaine and cocaethylene in human urine is shown in this note. The method adheres to guidelines published by SAMHSA, CAP, SOFT and EWDTS.
