CRISPRa: Transciptional upregulation screening with genome-wide CRISPR activation

This application note presents a human whole-genome CRISPRa platform and demonstrate its effectiveness in identifying resistance genes complementary to those identified through loss-of-function screening, under vemurafenib cytostatic conditions.
