Determination of Sudan Dyes and Pesticide Residues in Chili Oleoresin: Optimized Sample Preparation Prior to LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS Analysis

This poster describes a developed LC-MS/MS method used to determine of Sudan dyes in chili oleoresin. An effective cleanup was obtained using a Sep-Pak Silica Cartridge and the CORTECS C18, 2.7 µm Solid-Core Column provided excellent chromatographic performance with backpressure compatible with most legacy HPLC systems.
