Exosomes and Microvesicles: Characterization by Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis

In this white paper, Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) is discussed for the characterization of exosomes and microvesicles. A comparison of NTA to flow cytometry and electron microscopy is considered and current detection and analysis methodologies are discussed.
