Fingerprinting of plasma lipids by two 'alternative' methods, SFC-HRMS and UHPLC-HRMS

In this study SFC-HRMS, commonly used for targeted lipidomics, is used for untargeted lipidomics in order to asess how the results from this technique differ from those of the more traditional approach of UHPLC-HRMS. The untargeted analysis results present normal phase SFC-HRMS as an exciting and comparable alternative to UHPLC-HRMS for untargeted lipid analysis.
