GC-FID: Fast and accurate analysis of fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) in edible oils and food products

This application note reports the results from the analysis of FAMEs from edible oils performed with the PerkinElmer GC 2400 System equipped with capillary injector, Flame Ionization Detector (FID), and Elite-2560 column demonstrating fast analysis time and high reproducibility.
