Isolation of Murine Adipocytes and ADSC with Collagenase NB 4 Standard Grade

Adipocytes, which form adipose tissue, store energy in the form of fat. This application note describes the use of collagenase to isolate different cell types such as adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs) from the general adipose tissue. Following this method for reagent ratios provides a high yield of viable cells.
