Screening HDAC Inhibitors – A Workflow Comprising High Throughput and High Content Screening

This application note, developed in collaboration with the European ScreeningPort, describes a workflow for HDAC inhibitor screening and demonstrates the combination of a high throughput AlphaLISA® assay and a high content assay using the Operetta® High Content Imaging System. High content imaging assays provide a variety of information in addition to the direct effects of compounds on specific targets.
