The Malvern Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis 1000 Publications Review Part Six: Drug Nanocarriers

This white paper discusses the role of Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) in nanomedicine and reviews the specific mechanisms by which such nanoparticles are designed and formulated. Nanoparticles, and many of their subsets, have been revealed to have important biomedical applications; one in particular being drug delivery. Particles can be engineered to specifically target diseased cells, such as cancer cells, allowing for targeted drug therapy with reduced collateral effects.
