Filter out HAS from solution
These are very easy to use and self explanatory. I use them upards of 4x a week and love them.

Protein purification
I have been using Amicon products for the last 20 years - competition came and went. I have tried most, because of price or a promise for a better product. None of them were bought for the second time.

Fast and efficient centrifugal concentrators
These devices allow the concentration and buffer exchange of macromolecules in one easy centrifugation step. They can also be used to isolate the API(s) from polymer-containing pharmaceutical formulations, for subsequent instrumental analysis, to avoid excipient interferences.

Protein Purification And Concentration
Amicon® Ultra-15 Centrifugal Filter Units are useful for protein purification and concentration. This filter device can remove proteins bellow 30 kDa. This filter device can be used to concentrate a pure protein with molecular mass above 30 kDa. The recommended velocity to spin this device is 2000 RPM, however when the filter is used for long time it may be useful to decrease this speed to 1500 RPM as there is always chance of a loss of protein. The second more important thing is to fill this device to the maximum of 13 ml as there is a chance of filter loss above this volume. This is suitable for small scale protein concentration. I recommend it to use for protein separation and concentration and to store this device either in 20% Ethanol or 0.02% Na-azide solution.

ICP-Metals Separation
Works well for slow centrifugation. Limited reversibility, a wide range of metal detectability. Variability of data is limited. Affordable; service rep was very good.

Cell Biology
Millipore concentrations are very easy to use and are a great value for the money spent. I use specifically the 15mL concentrators at 10,000 molecular weight and I would highly recommend this product.
