Cross reactivity
Reacts with GPDH from human erythrocytes, skeletal and heart muscle (fish, frog, chicken, human, mouse, rabbit) and edible snail heart muscle by Western blot.
Specificity
Detects bands at 30-37 kD in Western blotting under reducing conditions.
Immunohistochemistry
It has been reported that this antibody works well in IHC, but this has not been evaluated by Biogenesis.
