APEER is a modern cloud-based digital microscopy platform enabling its users to automatically process microscopy images by running end to end workflows. Users can also customize their own workflows by rearranging public modules or even develop their own ones using any programming language of their choice including PYTHON, MATLAB, OAD Scripts and Fiji/imageJ scripts. With the integrated 2D/3D Viewer users are able to visualize their results. By joining the APEER forum, users can get in touch with their peers. APEER is fully funded and initiated by ZEISS.
