The FLXi allowed us to monitor EGFP expression and stability in real time, allowing us to identify limitations in our current system to which we are adjusting.
Measuring GFP expression in Saccharomyces cerevisiae (brewers yeast)
FLXi was very easy to use and adapt to our needs. Technical assistance was extremely friendly and helpful. For the software, it would be nice to have an autofill function that enters the name of prior samples to ensure that samples are labeled consistently.

We can not use this counter to see the Tdtomatoes, nor the Mcherry labelled cells, that’s too bad for a user friendly machine!
