It is an easy to use and easy to clean open digestion system with a temperature-time programmable controller. It is inexpensive enough that you can easily justify its cost as you quickly get your money back by reducing time and expense to maintain this digestion system compared to others sold elsewhere. The open digestion system has a small footprint and doesn't require too much space in your fume hood. Overall, it is a great purchase and a must for labs running metal analysis on a budget.

I'm thrilled to have this graphite block in my QC Lab.

This graphite block is a workhorse for us. The block heats evenly and is Teflon coated to resist corrosive reagents. I did have a thermostat go on the block but the after sales support were able to get me the spare part and the block was back to heating in no time.
