Automated ELISA
It is fairly easy to use. The limitation is that although there are space for 4 plates, there are only 2 incubators. If more than one incubation temperature is required for the assay, the timeline gets complicated. When one plate is being incubated, the other plates have to wait, which results in difference in incubation time.
