Analyze Pesticides and Mycotoxins on LCMS
Since arriving at my new job, it has been a frustrating year finagling with non-functioning instruments. Results were everywhere and wildly inconsistent. We shipped a loaner of the same generator from Florida and had a couple of service calls performed on ours. Each time the PEAK tech found a solution, and each time the issue would return. Covid really took a hit on everything, and it took a while but we were able to get a service agreement and PEAK kindly scheduled my PM. After it all was said and done, the issue was with my nebulizer gas inlet to my LCMS source, but without all the help from PEAK I would have never found it. My results are impeccable now. It’s simple and easy for a lab tech to use, and it held up really well during shipping. My tech Brock has really gone above and beyond to insure everything is running smoothly for me and I am very grateful. The instrument is at least six years old, but it keeps humming along. It is nice that there are only four things to look at on the front. It will tell you if something is wrong, which is what keeps it simple. As for value, I have worked with other Nitrogen Compressors and have had a lot of headaches. I cannot speak for purchasing the unit, but the service plan is well worth it and I believe service and the unit are a good investment. I have confidence that working with PEAK is a phenomenal investment.

Happy to use this generator for my application, very first advantage that it replace against gas cylinders , so it removes the difficulty of having to change over cylinders. Also I am getting continuous 24x7 pure gases. This continuous source of gases aided to my productivity. Easy to operate, as just plug and play. Service is also good during sales and after sales.

The Genius 1051 works very reliably. The piston seals must be changed regularly and an annual service is also advisable.
