Our laboratory has used multiple Genius 3020's reliably for over 7 years. Each unit provides exceptional reliability even with only one annual PM. All compressors in our units have performed well past their planned replacement dates. Store units in a cool/low humidity room to avoid replacing additional dryer membranes.

We are concerned about the maintenance and upkeep costs of this instrument. Further more it is disappointing PEAK does not provide user manuals that allow the user to service the equipment themselves.

It does what we need it to do
Therapeutic Drug Monitoring by HPLC Mass Spectrometry
The product gives very reproducible results. It does breakdown about once a year, however this is more to do with where we have the instrument sited not the instrument itself. Peak's service is brilliant.

Reliable product. Hard to run mass spec without it!
Analysis of different metabolites after nutritional studies on humans, mice, cells
I like that it saves space in the lab because it is basically 2 generators in one box. Good for 2 mass specs. Very low maintenance. Easy to use, easy to get in touch with repair technicians and schedule visit if needed.
