I have been using kits from Bio-Rad and Thermo for reverse trancriptase. This kit from applied biosystems is rather easy to use as it has just the one master mix! So all you have to do is just add the DNA-free RNA sample and you are good to go, in an hours time you have the cDNA! Plus I could scale up without any problems! The quality is pretty good as well!
