Product detail:

HyPURITY C8 columns are based on the unique HyPURITY silica, designed to be essentially metal free and exceptionally stable at both high and low pH. The HyPURITY silica manufacturing process ensures reproducibility and quality, and the homogeneous surface leads to uniform bonding coverage and reduced silanol-analyte interactions that result in poor peak shape for bases, acids and chelating compounds. The 190Å pore size and excellent mass transfer properties of HyPURITY C8 columns make them useful for the chromatography of large peptides as well as small molecules, with unbeatable peak shape for all sample types. HyPURITY C8 columns arerecommended when HyPURITY C18 columns provide too much retention, and are proven for the separation of peptides and components of tryptic digests.
