Reprogramming feline fibroblasts
I am reprogramming feline fetal fibroblasts using sendai virus reprogramming kit. So far, no one has generated iPSCs from feline cells using Sendai viruses may be due to a lack of knowledge about reprogramming cocktails and appropriate culture conditions. I have used the above product to reprogram cat fetal fibroblasts and so have achieved promising results. The product is super easy to handle, even for non-exerts on stem cell biology. The product guide, even more, simplifies the usage. Highly recommended.

The CytoTune™-iPS 2.0 Sendai Reprogramming Kit improves upon the well-referenced CytoTune™-iPS Sendai Reprogramming Kit.
