The DIY Lightning-Link™ kit allows you to label an antibody with minimal hands-on time - less than 30 seconds. Simply add your antibody solution to a tube of Lightning-Link™ mix and the label becomes covalently attached to your antibody in a gentle controlled process. The antibody conjugate:

Atto637 is a fluorescent label of new generation that emits in the red spectral region. It has a strong absorption at 630nm. It has a maximum emission at 630nm, with an extinction coefficient of 1.2 x105 cm-1M-1. Atto637 can be used as a substitute dye for Alexa Fluor 633, BODIPY 630/650, DY-636, Cy5 and Light Cycler Red 640. 5.
