Analyzer
The service for the product is very nice. I'm using this product for the last 6 months and it is the most common product in our country. When we buy the equipment, we were asking about the reagent consumption and the accuracy. I have seen this to be true. When I check the status of the MAGLUMI daily, it is very good. We do more tests with this machine and I run calibration as well as quality control. Without quality control, we are not sure to report the result. Customer or doctors says it's good because it reads high as well as very low results in all parameters, such as TSH,AMH.BETA HCG, FSH.T3 T4, PROLACTIN etc. Sometimes if I left it to do calibration, the software reminds me to do that and immediately act on the message.
