This product has saved me countless hours in addition to yielding more viable post-transformation colonies than any other equivalent products I have tested in the past. I do not (nor anyone in my lab) plan to go for another transformation kit, product, or protocol while using 10B/Top10/DH10B cells. It also is very affordable.

The Mix & Go E. coli strains are premade, chemically competent cells for simple and highly efficient DNA transformation.
