The generator was great for the first 2 years. After that, we have seemed to have lost "Ultra High Purity" grade of nitrogen which will not sufficiently run our instruments. The technician was on site for 30 mins and claimed she could not check for purity. Keep in mind this generator was still under warranty at the time. Not only that, but the customer service has also been mediocre at best. We are in the process of purchasing an O2 analyser so that we can check the actual purity of the nitrogen so we can let Peak Scientific know their instrument is not performing as advertised.

The device works very very well. It was basically plug and play. Hasn't had any issues, produces negligible noise (though we have a fairly noisy lab), and from my math will pay for itself in a year. Great investment. The sales and support staff are also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!

Awesome alternative to high pressure UHP N2 tanks! Well worth the CAPEX!
Nitrogen supply for analytical lab, including as a cooling / purge gas for an ICP-OES.
The nitrogen generators were extremely easy to install ourselves and are keeping up with our nitrogen demands easily. The noise levels are lower than I expected (we have 2), and I am looking forward to never having to change a UHP N2 tank again saving me not only money, but more importantly, time. I think the generators will pay for themselves within 1-2 years or sooner due to the increased efficiency and lab uptime. Support post-sales was inconsistent, but thankfully the units were so easy to figure out it didn't really matter.
