DNA extraction and purification
I have used the endotoxin-free version of this product weekly for more than 3 years. The product gives reliable high titres of DNA (generally >2mg plasmid DNA from a high copy vector). The manual is very easy to follow and provides convenient stopping points to help organize your day. Each reagent can be ordered separately in addition which is very helpful, especially as the reagents are in excess of around 10% (so ordering extra columns can increase the life of your kit).

Cheaper, faster and easier than other kits, yet gives a higher DNA yield
Plasmid extraction
This kit provides a high yield of good quality DNA. Compared to other kits I've used it is cheaper and less labour intensive, yet provides a higher yield of DNA. It is quick and fairly intuitive.
