Analysis of carbohydrate polymers (anionic)
We used the SEC aqueous columns (LB series) for the seperation of anionic polysaccharides (up to 1500 kDa Mw) together with multiple detection (LS/IV/RI). In comparision to the other columns, these columns gave us the best seperation. I would recommend using these columns if you are seperating large carbohydrate polymers with a high molecular distribution.
