Great for distribution analysis of pure products on SEC-MALS, not for purification.
Polysaccharrides separation for SEC-MALS
As a SEC-MALS user I was looking for a column with low-bleeding for my polysaccharrides separations. The LB-806M has a very wide range of separation, with the largest pores beads I know from columns. This particularity enable the liposomes (SUV and even LUV) analysis by SEC-MALS, with greater results than a Superose 6 increase from GE (lower loss from column head for the biggest particles). Anyway the separation effectiveness and resolution are badly impacted. This column is great for distribution / polydispersity analysis of pure products like polysaccharrides, polymers and even liposomes, but not suitable for separation of mixes.

Great columns, the best for my application. I cannot get similar results with others.
Polymer analysis and characterization (MWD)
High-end products, high quality of packing materials and columns. High reproducibility of results. Reliable.

Size Exclusion columns for aqueous soluable polymers separation. Designed for Light Scattering detection (MALS).
- Suitable for light scattering detectors because of bleeding control
- Polymer-based packed columns for aqueous SEC (GFC) analysis
- Supports a wide range of molecular weight sample analysis
- High crosslinking for stability
- For modified proteins (PEG), polysaccharides, surfactants
- 2-3 columns be used in row to increase MW range or performance
- The eluent can be replaced with DMF, enabling the analysis of polar polymers
- Correspondes to USP L38 and L39
