Phusion Flash DNA Polymerase used in the master mix is a proofreading DNA polymerase modified from Phusion Hot Start High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase. Phusion Flash High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix enables the use of extremely short cycling protocols with both low and high complexity DNA templates – 15 seconds per kilobase or less.
