As HPLC system attached to Thermo TSQ Quantum Access Max
The HPLC is easy to handle and works good with Thermo LC-MSMS. Special driver needs to be installed for the machine to be compatible with LCQuan. The instrument is almost trouble free and robust. I used to get carry over problem with the HPLC installed before, but it is not present now.

The Prominence is a very reliable instrument, easy to fix and very good with carry over issues and adaptable. I recommend highly for any study but especially for Mass Spec Only down fall is the service sometimes can be left to the hands of the user because the engineers seem to think it is so easy to repair that everyone should be able to do it. Overall it is a very useful instrument with many useful features that allow the chemist to do his or her job much more efficiently.

Easy to use. Good after sales service. It is tricky to get good results in a 2D configuration, but this is more about the use of the correct buffer system for the SCX step, the one recommended by the provider is just not good enough.
