Size exclusion chromatography, nanoparticles separation
This column is a good alternative to other methods for separation of exosomes from extracellular vesicles secreted from human mesenchymal stem/stromal cells. A good starting point for further analysis. We are trying it for protein analysis of specific fractions of our interest. The pros are relatively quick separation of up to 10 ml of conditional media, the column does not dry out easily, can be reused and is functional even when more separations are done that the manufacturer recommends.

One of our newer columns sizes, the qEV10 / 35nm is designed for separating exosomes from a 10mL biological sample and comes with Luer Lock fittings. They will be of particular interest if you are working with larger fluid volumes. The Luer Lock fittings also allow for many different configurations.
Also available in the 70nm+ series, this 35nm+ column has an optimal recovery range of 35nm to 350nm.
