Fungal RNA extraction
I work with a pathogenic yeast that is very challenging to have a good extraction. The fungal cell wall is rich in polysaccharides that contaminates the extraction process. The Quick-RNA Fungal/Bacterial reduced my workflow from 2 days of extraction to 20 min and resulted in an excellent RNA and yield.
