This ready-to-use kit is intended for the purification of poly (A)+ mRNA from cultured cells, animal and plant tissues, and is used together with the PickPen magnetic tool. Each purification takes only 10 minutes. The mini kit is designed to be used with starting material of up to 100.000 cells, 3 mg animal tissue or 5 mg plant tissue per prep. The micro kit contains reagents and tips for 48 preps.
