It is a great machine with user-friendly guides. After sales is up to date, but not usually accessible. It could get better value for money with longer expiry dates of reagents.

I was so upset after 9 months of using your machine for many reasons. First I didn't find any support from the agent or for many technical problems I had. I had problems with the LDH and RANBUT (d3 hydroxybuterate ). Secondly I needed very simple things such as barcode for Copper for 2 months and until now I didn't get it. It's a good one but I have many problems and the reason is the machine.
