DNA sequencing (Sanger sequencing)
The kit was very easy to use for cleanup of Sanger sequencing products prior to run on the ABI 3130xl genetic analyzer. After sequencing PCR, the PCR reaction as mixed with binding buffer and applied on the cleanup column. It was followed by 2 washes. The product was eluted as suggested by kit. Quick and easy to use protocol. No shaking needed for a long time. Cleanup finished within 5 minutes. As easy a clumn DNA purification. The sequencing chromatograms were clean.
