We have been using the nitrogen generator from Peak Scientific for the past four years, and it has consistently provided a reliable gas supply to our mass spec. Although we faced a few minor issues, the Peak support team was helpful in providing good service. In fact, their after-sales care was so impressive that I would have given them a 5-star rating. They were very timely in their service, except during the COVID period when they faced a shortage of staff, which increased their response time. However, it would have been better if they had anticipated and acted in a timely manner because our research work cannot be delayed due to any maintenance-related issues. Despite this, I am confident that Peak Scientific will continue to provide great after-sales service and will come out stronger. As a satisfied customer with years of experience using their products, I would definitely recommend Peak Scientific's products to others.

Excellent and durable piece of equipment as long as you have the service plan. The environmental conditions involved in the production of nitrogen require that this generator be serviced on a regular schedule. This generator is no different from any other in that it needs to be maintained by service personnel which have the knowledge and availability of parts to keep it running smoothly.
