Enhanced GC-FID analysis of organic compounds
Installation is relatively straight forward. We were having problems with getting the reactor configured on the GC, customer service was responsive and assisted as much as possible on video chat. Ultimately we discovered that the molex connector had a loose wire, after having an onsite electrician fix the wire the configuration worked seamlessly. Initial testing with basic hydrocarbons shows consistent results. in agreement with OEM's technical notes. Further testing is being conducted.
