Polymer coextrusion and laminate analysis
Easy to prepare - manual filling of LN2 essential for operation, but otherwise easy to operate. For our application, the micro-compression cell add-on is essential. Imaging scan option allows for extremely rapid characterization of cross sections.

The customer service is fantastic. I get quick and knowledgeable responses. The instrument works well all of the time. It would be great if all instruments were cheaper, but we still get value for our money. It could be a bit easier to use, but with good training, everyone can use it. Data interpretation, as always with IR analyses needs experts.
