We are using this product for transfecting DNA in insect cell line
The transfection process is very quick and simple. The transfection efficiency is very high compared to other kits I have used. This kit is comparatively cheaper with the benefits of increased ease and efficiency.

I was using lipofectamine to transfect HEKZG3 cells and was only getting about 20% transfection rates but after using TransIT-2020 it went from 20% to 70%! I highly recommend using this reagent. It was very easy to follow the protocol and I obtained high cell viability.

Very good transfection efficiency compared to Fugene HD and Lipofectamine 2000. No detectable levels of cell death. Excellent technical support, they are very knowledgeable.
