Being one of the few to perform this product’s prototype testing, I can honestly say that it was a delight to perform. This instrument was clearly designed for effectively producing high quality chromatography. An example is the solvent monitor compartment. With the Vanquish Core, there is no need for instruction manuals or help options on the software! The design is pleasantly simplistic and user friendly whilst also being satisfying on the eye. After-sales care has also been very good, being in regular contact the accounts manager even when we have no queries is reassuring. This instrument is superb value for money as you get more than enough chromatography usage out of the instrument to justify paying the money. Since its introduction onto the market, we have acquired several of these HPLCs and we are overly satisfied with the decision and purchase.
