One column for the purification of different type of molecules
Purification of new molecules after synthesis
We synthesize new molecules based on peptides or polyethyleneglycol coupled with anticancer drug. It is really difficult to develop analytical methods to purify these molecules, it is why we bought a generic column XBridge. After few months of development, we obtained correct results adjusting gradient conditions according to the molecule studied and results are repeatable.
